Stylish Silhouette

This is a freebie chart from Crossstitcher mag, Feb issue 209. I started this today but I find I am addicted already, its quite an hard project for me as this is the first time I have done black work, also it has alot of fractional stitches which is something I have never come across before.

Forever Friends Garden Swing- Finished!

Woohoo I finally got him finished! He still needs ironing and framing but this will have to wait as we are struggeling at the moment with cash. I am so glad that I managed to get him out of the way before starting something new, I guess thats what you get when you put your mind to something hehe...

Mitten Swap '09

This is a project that I have been working on along side with many other members from a cross stitching forum. It took me around 3 days in total to finish it and I must say I am quite pleased with the finished outcome. I decided to use bright colours on this as it is coming up to summer and it just fitted my mood at the time hehe!

Forever Friends Garden Swing

This is a project that has been on and off with me for a while now, it was one of the first ever kits I started. It has been put away for some time while I got on with other projects then last week I came across it and decided to get it out again. I am trying to get this finished now before I start anything new then it can add on my wall hehe.

It is a really fun stitch and with it not being so big, it should be finished soon *fingers crossed*

Sampler update

Another update I know hehe, I have been doing this alot recently to try and get it finished... nearly there now! I have been following the design just as it is, the only thing I have actually changed is the womans hair colour, on the design it is blonde but seeing as I have brown hair I thought I would change it. I am hoping to get this finished either by the end of this week or the beginning of next woohoo

Celebration sampler update

I have just finished stitching the thimble square this afternoon on this. I love stitching this sampler so much and find it so addictive! I am not putting it away just yet, I have my stitching bug today so i'm gunna stitch like theres no tomorrow lol.
